REQUIREMENTS GATHERING

If you have ever wondered how to get your clients to tell you what they really need, or how to deal with multiple conflicting client needs, then this workshop is for you.

This course is currently offered as a 2-day workshop.  Ask about our customization options.

  • Developing or enhancing systems or products.
