PROJECT PLANNING

Ninety-one percent of all projects fall behind their estimated completion date, partially because not all the tasks and activities that are required to accomplish the project are identified and planned.  If you are having trouble planning all the steps in your projects, this workshop is for you!

This course is currently offered as a 2-day workshop.  Ask about our customization options.
