MANAGING RISK

Before planning any project, it is important to assess the potential risk that is involved.  So often this very critical piece of the process is bypassed altogether due to a shortage of time and/or money.  Anticipating the risk, and being armed with the knowledge up-front, can make the difference between the life or death of your project.

This course is currently offered as a 1-day workshop.  Ask about our customization options.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Individuals attending this session are involved in one or more of the following areas:

  • Determining the potential risk associated with your project.
  • Evaluating and documenting the risk.
  • Effectively communicating your findings to the appropriate people.

WHAT THE SESSION PROVIDES
You can be in a position to plan these factors into your project and avoid some very costly surprises down the road.  Led by our experienced facilitators, this one-day workshop will prepare you to accurately define the project risk, to thoroughly evaluate and document it, and then determine how best to share this information and with whom to do so.
