DISC & WORKPLACE MOTIVATORS: TOOLS FOR Personal AND Team Productivity

RMA offers both a Preferred Behavioral Styles (DISC) and an Interests and Values (PIAV) personal productivity profile.  The profiles can be quickly and confidentially completed on-line with results emailed directly to the respondent.  Respondents receive a complete report specific to their results.  The report includes topics like: “Value to the Organization”, “Possible Areas for Development” and “How to motivate, communicate with and manage the participant”.

The combination of the Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values and the Preferred Behavioral Styles is a powerful look at what you “want” and how you go about “getting” what you want.
